A substantial portion of Andronicos' ADZ fees are used to provide research and infrastructure to the Azam Disabilities Initiative (ADI), which he heads on a part time unpaid basis. ADI provides Azam voice recording email software free of charge to disabled persons in many many countries. Furthermore, Azam research is being undertaken to help people with speech problems talk more clearly and to provide unusual voice clips to patients in a coma. All this is done without charge.
